Anyone else try to buy House of M on the web and wasn’t able to?  I tried on iOS and got the “Item being modified” error then tried to buy on the website and it never made it past the confirm order page.

You can actually download it immediately on your iPad if you buy it on e website. Just close the app, restart it, and boot purchases. Hope this helps.

I had the same issues… If you buy it on the website it will eventually make it to your iPad so you can at least get the discounted price.

As of 4:15 PM EST issues 1, 2 and 5 of House of M still cannot be downloaded.  The pop-up keeps appearing that says  “That item is currently being modified. Please try again later.”  If it ends up not being available before 11 PM, this is akin to false advertising.

Currently unable to purchase these on my iPad as of 11:34am EST. Been trying to since the sale went up, and keep getting the error message “That item is currently being modified. Please try again later.”

The price shows as £0.69 but when I click on it, it says “Do you want to purchase for £1.49?”   As long as this error is there I can’t buy them as i reckon I’ll be charged full price not the reduced price advertised
