All week long we’ve been sharing the spirit of the season with an array of Ugly Sweaters as we countdown to the holiday’s here at comiXology HQ. Well… it’s Friday and the week can’t end with out a look back at all the festive attire our comiXologists have been sporting this week, in fact we’ve got something of a contest going on right now as to who has the best one, help us out by leaving a comment below or joining the fun over on Twitter, Facebook and even Google Plus today!:
Community Support Advocate Erin helped kick things off from here remote location in a Frozen Tundra, complete with real snow, what better way to bundle up than with a Snowman sweater, perfect for the chilly weather.
Alright, if you’ve been reading this blog you pretty much know Kevin already, but now you’ve got a face to go with the name. Sure we could all marvel at the amazing-ness of his holiday sweater, but check out what’s in the background…Bonus points if you can name the artist who did the limited edition print hanging on the wall.
Reena is our HR manager, you might of noticed the abundance of long box’s stacked just over her shoulder, sure we’re all about digital comics, but that doesn’t mean we’re not bursting at the seams with one of the largest comic collections in all of NYC.
Jeremy from Production may not have the most cheery of sweaters, but get a load of the hat! Can you think of a better way to keep warm while reading the latest comiXology releases?
Okay, so we maybe had a cookie party last week as well. Kara and Hanni from Production get in on the action with warm weather clothes perfect for coca and cookies! We’re all about that Sweater vest!
Who says you can’t have cross-department support? Check out Monica from Marketing and Jake from Production getting into the swing of things with some Egg Nog.
And of course we’d couldn’t resist Karrie’s Snowman inspired assemble and the chance to show more of our sweet comic collection. We won’t quiz on the art hanging up behind her this time, but check out the bottom right corner…bet you can’t guess which artist did that t-shirt sketch?
Naturally we needed to include a group shot. Check out the appearance of comiXology CTO Mark Goldberg on the right, he’s there just do your best to look past Jake’s My Little Pony Sweater, oh and happy holidays from all of us at comiXology!
