Outage Report for January 2, 2013

UPDATE: We are now back online! Anyone with any outstanding issues should email our team at support@comiXology.com. Thanks again!

Around 2:00pm EST this afternoon we started seeing some issues with our website and our mobile apps. These issues have caused problems with logging in, purchasing and downloading comics.

Our team is working non-stop and will not sleep until comiXology is up and running consistently.

In the meantime keep an eye on our twitter account or our Facebook page for the latest updates as they come in.

Thanks again for your patience – it’s always 5 times the pain when a problem arises on Wednesday, we know. We’re working hard to get everything back to normal.
